Danielle M. Dolch draws on her significant legal experience to advise home buyers and sellers and real estate brokers on a variety of real estate matters. Clients frequently comment on her ability to ensure that their transactions proceed smoothly, and appreciate that she is highly responsive to any concerns they have throughout the process.

A shareholder in the firm’s Real Estate Department, Danielle focuses on a wide range of real estate related matters, but primarily concentrates on representing buyers and sellers in the acquisition and sale of real estate, as well as advising real estate brokers on day-to-day operations and regulatory compliance. She has been recognized for outstanding professional excellence in private practice both by Best Lawyers Ones to Watch and by Super Lawyers as a Rising Star.

Prior to joining Shulman Rogers, Danielle focused her practice on real estate matters and trust and estate law. She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law, where she was a Teaching Assistant for first-year writing courses, a Writing Fellow in the Legal Writing Center, and a Rose Zetzer Fellow in the Women, Leadership, and Equality practice-based learning program. While attending law school, she represented clients in a variety of practice areas as a student attorney in her law school’s General Practice Clinic and served as a law clerk at a Montgomery County law firm, where she gained significant experience in estate planning and administration. She is licensed to practice law in Maryland and Pennsylvania.
