Rachael Feldman focuses her practice on representing private and public companies in complex real estate development matters and commercial transactions. She advises clients on retail and office leasing, real estate development, commercial contracting and healthcare operations.
Before joining Shulman Rogers, Rachael served as Associate General Counsel at Florida Cancer Specialists & Research Institute, where she guided the organization through its acquisition by McKesson. She previously worked as Corporate Counsel for The Peterson Companies in Fairfax, Virginia, negotiating retail and office leases across Maryland and Virginia, and as Corporate Counsel for Sarasota Memorial Health Care System, a $2 billion public hospital system, where she handled a wide range of commercial transactions, including those related to the health system’s expanding real estate portfolio.
Rachael brings deep experience in real estate development, lease negotiations and commercial contracting. Her early career in the Mid-Atlantic real estate market provided a strong foundation in mixed-use development, anchor and small shop leasing and complex ownership structures. Clients value her ability to simplify legal complexities into practical solutions, her sound judgment, and her commitment to helping organizations achieve their goals efficiently and effectively.
Outside of her practice, Rachael volunteers with various organizations in her hometown of Sarasota, Florida, and enjoys spending time at the beach with her family.
