Alex represents businesses in federal and state courts and agencies throughout Maryland and the District of Columbia in matters involving employee misconduct, including discrimination, sexual harassment and retaliation, wage and hour claims, non-competition and non-solicitation covenants and breach of contract.

Alex regularly works with companies to prepare and revise employee handbooks, personnel policies and employment agreements. He also delivers comprehensive workshops and training sessions to business owners, executives and employees to promote a positive culture in the workplace and ensure everyone is knowledgeable about acceptable workplace conduct.

A native of Montgomery County, Alex served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Jeannie J. Hong of the Circuit Court for Baltimore City.  Alex graduated magna cum laude from the University of Baltimore School of Law, where he was the Articles Editor of the University of Baltimore Law Review and competed on the National Moot Court Team.  He earned his B.A. from Washington and Lee University, where he was a Four-Year Varsity Football player and a member of the Kappa Alpha Order Fraternity.
