Moderated by Michael Nakamura of Shulman Rogers, discussion points will include:
The State’s Attorney’s Office: policies and protocols
Working cooperatively in parallel civil and criminal investigations
What the State’s Attorney’s Office can and can’t do for your client
What you can do to assist the State’s Attorney’s Office
Access to accident reconstruction materials, such as photos, video, witness statements
