As reported in the Washington Business Journal, on August 4, 2021, Savi Technology, Inc. filed a Chapter 11 petition in the Eastern District of Virginia Bankruptcy Court. Savi, which is represented by Michael J. Lichtenstein and Ben P. Smith at Shulman Rogers, intends to emerge from the reorganization as a more profitable company.
