Shulman Rogers represented Vigene in negotiating and drafting a sublease with Genome Services for a new, 52,000-square-foot manufacturing space. The space will be used for biopharmaceutical research and development, laboratory, development and office use, and the Rockville biotech plans to add up to 245 new jobs through 2025 at the facility. Vigene, which develops and manufactures gene and cellular therapies for more than 4,000 clients from around the world, already has 125 employees in the region.
Shulman Rogers Attorneys Scott Museles and Doug Hirsch are pleased to support Vigene’s continued growth and success.
