“WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT THE EXPORT CONTROLS REFORMS INITIATIVE”
For decades, exports have been controlled by the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), or Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) sanctions. Last April, however, the Administration announced fundamental export controls reforms that will result in a single list, single licensing agency, and single enforcement agency. This webinar is intended to help lawyers advise their exporting clients on the current export controls and to help them plan for the changes that will occur going forward.
