Merriweather District continues to move forward

Todd Brown represented The Howard Hughes Corporation to obtain Site Development Plan approval from the Howard County Planning Board for Phase I of the Merriweather District Area 3 development.

The SDP is comprised of 338,000 square feet of office, 80,000 square feet of retail/restaurant space and 382 multi-family units. A free-standing 1,300 space parking garage was also approved.

The Phase I SDP is part of the Merriweather District in Downtown Columbia, a master-planned project that Todd has been working on since 2007. The project is master-planned for 14 million square feet of development.
