Larry is a shareholder in the firm’s Commercial Real Estate Group and co-chairs the Homebuilder Real Estate Transactions Group. His practice focuses on real estate acquisitions, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, amendments, security documents, and lender documents related to homebuilder purchases. He also handles purchase and sale documentation and related matters.
Before joining Shulman Rogers, Larry ran a solo practice in Montgomery County focused on residential real estate, wills, trusts, probate, and small business matters. Before law school, he had an earlier career at the start of the personal computer era, designing, selling, and training clients on computer systems, networks, and software.
Larry earned his B.A. in Economics from Yeshiva University and his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center. He is fluent in Hebrew and is a member of the Maryland and District of Columbia bars.
