As an Associate in the Business and Financial Services Department, Hannah Munro advises clients on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, financing activities and general corporate matters. She also works with start-ups and emerging growth companies on entity formation, early-stage investments and strategic transactions. Hannah is committed to understanding each client’s objectives and challenges and she provides clear, effective counsel tailored to their goals.

Before joining Shulman Rogers full-time, Hannah worked as a Summer Law Clerk with the firm. She earned her J.D. from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law and her B.A. in Political Science from Boston College. She also obtained her certificate in securities law. During law school Hannah was an Associate Editor of the Catholic University Law Review and Vice President of the Securities Law Students Association. Hannah also had two internships with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission while she was in law school.

Outside the office, Hannah enjoys Boston Sports, music, pilates and oat milk lattes.
