Passionate about real estate, Daniel focuses his practice on all areas relating to the purchase and acquisition of real estate. He has experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts, agreements, security documents, lender documents, amendments and other documents on behalf of local, regional and national clients.

Daniel’s broad experience includes advising clients in acquisitions and dispositions, joint ventures and financings of real estate projects throughout the United States as well as in multi-national transactions. In addition, he counsels clients with distressed real estate and has handled a variety of sophisticated, high-value transactions involving landmark properties and trophy assets.

An American-Israeli national, Daniel has many ties in the Israeli business community and has developed significant experience helping Israeli investors expand their holdings in U.S. real estate on the debt and equity side. He is uniquely positioned to assist leading U.S. institutions and real estate companies navigating the Israeli capital markets.

In addition to his law degree, Daniel holds an LLM and MBA. He is a member of the Maryland State Bar, New York State Bar and the Israel Bar.

Daniel proudly served as a decorated combat staff sergeant in the Paratrooper unit of the Israel Defense Forces (IDF).
