The fast-growing personal care company, Squatty Potty (of “Shark Tank” fame), announced that Bevel Brands, along with funding from Sachs Capital, has made a strategic investment in the company. Shulman Rogers served as legal counsel to Bevel Brands and Sachs Capital in the deal.
