The City of Rockville Planning Commission approved Shelter’s Site Plan application for a 90 unit assisted living facility known as ” Brightview Fallsgrove.” The facility is expected to open in February 2013 and will provide a full range of residential care services to seniors and persons with memory impairment disabilities. The City of Rockville Board of Appeals approved the project’s Special Exception. Nancy Regelin of Shulman Rogers represented the Applicant, Shelter Development, LLC.
