Shulman Rogers was pleased to advise our clients, Rahul Vinod and Sahil Rahman, owners of the fast-casual Indian restaurant Rasa, on their recent endorsement deal with Washington Redskins’ Vernon Davis and in all aspects of their upcoming expansion in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. Vinod and Rahman opened their first restaurant in the Navy Yard with a mission to make Indian food accessible to the masses, and were honored as 2018 Eater Young Guns Winners. They recently announced plans to open two new locations by spring 2020. We were thrilled to play a role in these transactions and look forward to their future growth and success.
