Shulman Rogers Commercial Real Estate Group assists Fernau LeBlanc in $47.5 million purchase

Shulman Rogers proudly serves as counsel to Fernau LeBlanc and has closed numerous acquisitions for the Bethesda, Maryland-based group. Fernau LeBlanc recently purchased an 8-building, 11-tract portfolio of properties in White Marsh, Maryland from COPT for $47.5 million.
As lead counsel, Jake Ginsberg, with the assistance of Danny Krakower, Patrick Brown and Lucia Mackell, negotiated the purchase contract with COPT, performed all legal due diligence on the property portfolio, handled Fernau LeBlanc’s joint-venture agreement with an outside investor group, reviewed and negotiated loan documents, and acted as closing agent for the acquisition and loan transaction.
