A message to our clients, colleagues and friends:
I am proud to stand with the leaders of the Montgomery County law firms listed below to voice Shulman Rogers’ full support of The Bar Association of Montgomery County’s (BAMC’s) tangible action plan to promote racial justice in our community. We have promised to engage members of our respective firms to participate in BAMC’s 20 weeks in 2020 Challenge to Learning about Racism (more information about the Challenge below).
We pledge to continue to collaborate with the Racial Justice Council and work diligently toward eliminating racism, and to create a better, more just, more equitable and more inclusive community in Montgomery County. We will commit our energy and our resources to this pledge, and will collectively adopt and promote a series of action items, designed to eliminate racial barriers and to promote true diversity, equity and inclusion in our law firm community.
