Joel Schwartz has recently been appointed to serve on the White Collar Committee of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, a criminal defense organization dedicated to ensuring justice and due process for individuals accused of crime. 

Joel is a former federal prosecutor and public defender. He is also a former assistant director of enforcement at the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB).
