On December 6, 2012, the Montgomery County Maryland Planning Board approved DANAC’s Site Plan Amendment to develop a 58,935 SF, four‑story parking structure on the DANAC Stiles Corporate Campus to replace a surface parking facility. The parking structure will support the existing 72,000 SF office and research building located at 9707 Key West Avenue, where the Metropolitan Regional Information System and other business are located.
