The Montgomery County Planning Board approved Camden USA’s Sketch Plan Application for up to 498,072 SF of multifamily uses and a minimum of 5,000 SF of commercial uses on 7.62 gross acres of CR2, C1.5, R1.5, H150‑zoned land, to be developed on Lot 7 of the DANAC Stiles Corporate Campus, in the Great Seneca Science Corridor Master Plan Area of Montgomery County, Maryland. The development will be located next to a future Corridor Cities Transitway stop. Shulman Rogers represented the Applicant, Camden USA, and DANAC, the property owner.
