Kelly Lynch specializes in representing national and regional new homebuilders and land developers, with an emphasis in real estate and construction litigation. She helps clients with contract compliance and breach issues, mechanic’s lien, defect matters and dispute resolution/avoidance. Kelly’s calm and steady demeanor puts clients at ease while helping them achieve their desired outcomes.

As a nod to her legal acumen, Kelly was named to Best Lawyers, Ones to Watch in 2020 and 2021 in the areas of Construction Litigation and Business Litigation. She is active in the Frederick County Building Industry Association and the Bar Associations of Montgomery and Frederick Counties. Kelly is licensed to practice in Maryland, Washington, DC and Pennsylvania.

In 2014, Kelly graduated from the University of Maryland School of Law, cum laude, and earned her undergraduate degree in History from James Madison University in 2011, Phi Beta Kappa. While in college, Kelly competed as a Division 1 Golfer.

In her free time, Kelly enjoys hanging out with her family, friends, and puppy, and spending time on the golf course to keep her game sharp.
