Molly has a broad background in dealing with a variety of family law issues, with significant experience in handling divorce and custody issues for military service members. She understands the unique aspects of custody cases for active duty service members and military pensions.

While earning her Juris Doctorate from The Catholic University of American Columbus School of Law, Molly was an Associate Editor of the Catholic University Law Review. She was also a student attorney for the Innocence Project Clinic and Clemency Project. Prior to joining Shulman Rogers, Molly practiced at a family law firm in Northern Virginia and a general litigation firm in Suitland, Maryland. She is licensed to practice in Maryland, Virginia and New York.
