Rikki Drykerman helps clients get land acquisition and development deals across the finish line. Known for her responsiveness and creative approach to problem-solving, she concentrates on commercial real estate transactions, with particular depth in acquisitions and dispositions for national homebuilders. 

Rikki’s practice includes drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements, amendments, and security documents related to real estate purchases. She approaches every transaction with a clear focus on efficiency and results. 

Rikki earned her J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law and her B.A. in English Language and Literature from the University of Michigan. Before joining Shulman Rogers, she served as general counsel for Horizon Land Company in Crofton, Maryland. She is a member of the Maryland, Florida, and District of Columbia bars.
