Rikki Drykerman has a pragmatic approach to achieving favorable outcomes for her clients. Deadline-oriented and exceptionally responsive, Rikki uses creative tactics to bring land acquisition and development projects to completion.
An associate in the firm’s Real Estate Department, Rikki concentrates on all aspects of real estate transactions with a particular emphasis on commercial acquisitions and dispositions. She has significant experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating agreements, amendments and security documents relating to the purchase of real estate by national homebuilders.
Rikki earned her J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law and a B.A. in English Language and Literature from the University of Michigan. She is a member of the Maryland, Florida and District of Columbia bars. Prior to joining Shulman Rogers, she was general counsel for Horizon Land Company in Crofton, Maryland.
