Erin has extensive experience resolving title issues, including clouds on title, and is adept at navigating short sale and foreclosure transactions. Notably, she conducted the closing for a $40,000,000 commercial foreclosure in the District of Columbia. In addition to her real estate practice, Erin handles commercial collections and landlord-tenant matters with a high success rate in achieving favorable settlements. Prior to joining Shulman Rogers, Erin’s practice focused on real property litigation, including trustees’ sales of real property, creditors’ rights, title disputes, receiverships and landlord-tenant law. This foundation has provided her with a deep understanding of the challenges and nuances in real estate and related fields.

Erin earned her B.A. from the University of Maryland and her J.D., cum laude, from the University of Baltimore School of Law. She is admitted to practice in Maryland, Washington, DC, and Virginia.
