Biography
Daniel Cohen focuses his practice on real estate transactions, representing local, regional, and national clients in the acquisition and financing of real estate across the United States and in multinational transactions. He is known for his responsiveness, attention to detail, and ability to deliver results on even complex, high-value deals.
His experience covers acquisitions and dispositions, joint ventures, financings, distressed real estate, and sophisticated transactions involving landmark and trophy assets. He has worked extensively with investors to expand their U.S. real estate portfolios on both the debt and equity sides. A dual American-Israeli national who is fluent in Hebrew, Daniel is uniquely positioned to bridge the U.S. and Israeli capital markets for clients on both sides.
In addition to his law degree, Daniel holds an LLM and MBA. He is a member of the Maryland State Bar, New York State Bar and the Israel Bar.
Daniel proudly served as a decorated combat staff sergeant in the Paratrooper unit of the Israel Defense Forces.
