Biography

Schyler Bailey is a litigator who focuses on construction law, working with commercial construction clients including subcontractors, contractors, design professionals, and owners. She helps clients manage risk before a project starts, navigate issues during performance, and resolve disputes when they arise.

Clients regularly call on Schyler to draft, review, and revise construction contract documents, from AIA forms and private contracts to government contracts and purchase orders. She handles construction claims of all types, including State contract claims, delay claims, performance and payment bond claims, mechanics’ liens, breach of contract claims, and payment disputes. She also has particular expertise in analyzing and calculating construction damages, both to help clients recover what they’re owed and to push back on claims filed against them.
