Schyler Baily has been appointed Chair of the Maryland State Bar Association’s Construction Section Council for the 2025-2026 Term. Schyler is also actively involved with the Building Congress & Exchange, serving as a Board Member and Chair of the Young Professionals Committee.
Schyler’s legal practice is focused on construction delay claims, performance and payment bond claims, mechanic’s liens, payment issues, analyzing construction damages, and reviewing, advising and revising contract terms.
