Sean Cash represents clients in residential and commercial real estate and landlord-tenant disputes in the District of Columbia. He brings a practical, get-it-done approach to every matter he handles.
Sean’s work covers lease interpretation disputes, housing regulation violations, consumer protection issues, warranty of habitability claims, nonpayment of rent, and non-monetary lease breaches. He regularly represents clients in bench trials and jury demands.
Sean also provides pro bono legal services to veterans, a commitment he developed during law school while working with the UIC John Marshall Veterans Legal Clinic.
