An Associate in the Business and Financial Services Department, Joe’s practice focuses primarily on mergers and acquisitions, capital raising activities, private equity investments and general corporate governance matters for established organizations. Start-ups and emerging growth companies also turn to Joe for guidance with entity formations, financing rounds and strategic growth strategies as well as a variety of M&A transactions, including mergers, stock and asset transactions and joint ventures.

Before joining Shulman Rogers, Joe earned his B.A. from the University of Maryland and his J.D.  from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law where he completed the Business Law Track. He is licensed to practice law in Maryland.

In his free time, Joe likes to play pick-up basketball at local parks, serve at his church and explore the newest Korean restaurant.
