Shulman Rogers Becomes Official Legal Partner of the Mauloa SMB Accelerator

POTOMAC, MD – May 13, 2025 – Mauloa, a Maryland-based private equity firm, today announced Shulman Rogers as the official legal partner for its groundbreaking SMB Accelerator program. This first-of-its-kind accelerator offers middle-market companies the opportunity to receive an investment offer of at least $10 million. Shulman Rogers will help raise awareness for the program in the business community and host a launch event at one of its offices.

The Mauloa SMB Accelerator, commencing on September 8, 2025 and concluding on December 9, 2025, will select three qualifying companies located within 100 miles of the Washington D.C. area that generate over $20 million in annual revenue and produce over $3 million in cash flow. The cost-free program will actively guide these businesses through strategies to strengthen their balance sheets and drive revenue growth through targeted marketing.
