Brynn Reese is a diligent advocate who brings strong research, writing and analytical skills to her practice. She is committed to helping clients navigate complex disputes with clarity and confidence by providing thoughtful strategies to resolve their matters effectively and efficiently.

An Associate in the Firm’s Employment & Labor Law Group, Brynn assists with a wide range of matters including contract issues and employment disputes involving employee misconduct, discrimination, sexual harassment and retaliation, wage and hour claims, non-competition and non-solicitation covenants and breach of contract. She also helps companies prepare and revise employee handbooks, personnel policies and employment agreements.

Before joining Shulman Rogers full-time, Brynn worked as a Summer Law Clerk with the firm. She also served as a Judicial Intern in the Arlington Circuit Court and as a Law Clerk with the U.S. Merit Systems Protection Board, where she gained valuable experience researching and drafting opinions on employment and administrative law matters. Her experience in both judicial and administrative settings allows her to approach litigation with a practical perspective and an appreciation for how courts and agencies evaluate cases.

Brynn earned her J.D. from The Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law, where she was Lead Articles Editor for the Catholic University Law Review and a Teaching Assistant for First Year Legal Writing. She also earned a Compliance, Investigations and Corporate Responsibility Certificate. During law school, she worked as a Program Assistant in the Compliance Certificate Program and as a Desk Attendant at the DuFour Law Library. She received her B.A. from The Catholic University of America.
