Biography

Brynn Reese is an associate in the Employment and Labor Law Group, helping employers and employees navigate a range of workplace disputes and compliance challenges. Her work covers employment discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour claims, non-compete and non-solicitation agreements, breach of contract, and employee misconduct. She also helps companies prepare and update employee handbooks, personnel policies, and employment agreements. 

Before joining Shulman Rogers full-time, Brynn clerked with the firm as a summer law clerk. She also served as a judicial intern in the Arlington Circuit Court and as a law clerk with the U.S. Merit Systems Protection Board, where she researched and drafted opinions on employment and administrative law matters. 

Brynn earned her J.D. from The Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law, where she was Lead Articles Editor for the Catholic University Law Review and a Teaching Assistant for First Year Legal Writing. She also holds a Compliance, Investigations and Corporate Responsibility Certificate.
