Anthony Millin advises startup and emerging growth companies as both their legal counsel and a fellow entrepreneur. Anthony is the Founder and Co- Chair of  SR NEXT, Shulman Rogers’ startup and emerging growth practice. As a seasoned startup attorney, a serial entrepreneur, and former venture partner in a VC Fund, he brings first-hand experience launching, growing, and running companies to every client relationship.

Anthony serves as outside general counsel to many of his clients, guiding them through legal needs from formation through growth and exit. He is an active participant in the DMV startup ecosystem, regularly speaking on topics relevant to founders, mentoring entrepreneurs, and co-hosting The Monthly Blend, a podcast focused on the regional startup community.

In recognition of his leadership, Anthony was elected by his peers to the firm’s Board of Directors and also serves on the firm’s AI Committee.
