Shulman Rogers Advises First Form on $45.5M Refinancing of the Rigsbee Collection in Durham, NC

From our Clients

Shulman Rogers advised First Form on a $45.5 million senior loan refinancing for the Rigsbee Collection, a boutique multifamily development in Durham, North Carolina, made up of three separate properties.

The deal had a lot of moving parts. Refinancing required restructuring parts of the ownership entities and coordinating with every level of the project’s investors, from the general partner equity investors to the preferred equity investors and limited partners. Each group had its own interests at stake, and getting everyone aligned was key to keeping the deal on track.

Our team worked across disciplines to bring it together on a short timeline, so First Form could close and move forward with confidence.

The Shulman Rogers team included TJ Wilkinson, Sam Spiritos, Colin Lynch, Tina Gossart, Tim Bryan, Angad Kanwal, and Jenny Ramsburg.
