Shulman Rogers was pleased to represent The Donaldson Group in its joint venture participation in the acquisition of The Warwick Apartments in Silver Spring, MD for $90.5M. This was the third D.C. area acquisition for the group in the past three years. The deal team included Daniel Krakower and Nancy Regelin.
The Donaldson Group plans to renovate and manage the 398-unit apartment complex located at 1131 University Blvd.
