(“PMI”) announced that it has filed a voluntary petition under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code and the Small Business Reorganization Act. Michael Lichtenstein, Chair of the Shulman Rogers Bankruptcy, Restructuring and Creditors’ Rights Practice, represents PMI in the Chapter 11 proceeding.
