Todd worked with Howard Hughes to obtain land use approvals for a new 338,000 square foot office tower within the Merriweather District in Downtown Columbia to be occupied by cybersecurity provider Tenable.
Ranked No. 1 County Apartment Project: m.flats and TEN.M
Todd represented Kettler in Downtown Columbia to obtain the TEN.M and m.flats land use approvals for mixed-use buildings containing 437 units and 27,000 square feet of street-level retail.
Ranked No. 1 Construction Project: Little Patuxent Square
Todd assisted Fusion Education Group in securing its tenancy in the Little Patuxent Square mixed-use project for its private school operation, also in Downtown Columbia.
