Todd Brown worked with the YMCA of Metropolitan Washington to obtain land use approvals for a long-awaited renovation of the Bethesda-Chevy Chase YMCA branch.
Todd provided counsel to YMCA leadership and worked with its technical consultants to obtain special exception amendments for the upcoming renovation. Improvements to the facility include a two-story addition and multiple façade changes to the 1960’s era structure. Todd has worked with the YMCA for more than twenty years and is pleased to be part of this exciting renovation.
