Will Schroeder is a commercial litigator with more than 15 years of experience representing business owners, home builders, land developers, and contractors in Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, D.C. He is known for finding unconventional paths to favorable outcomes and for handling matters efficiently, which consistently saves clients time and cost without sacrificing results.
Will’s practice focuses on complex business, real estate, construction, and contract disputes. He has served as lead counsel in bench and jury trials throughout the Washington metro area and has argued before Maryland’s appellate courts. He also brings particular depth to cases involving electronic discovery, helping clients manage the technical and financial demands of complex e-discovery challenges with practical, cost-conscious strategies.
Will earned his J.D. from American University, Washington College of Law, and his B.A. from Franklin and Marshall College. He is admitted in Maryland, Virginia, and the District of Columbia, as well as before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit and multiple federal district courts.
Outside his legal practice, Will serves as a director, treasurer, and secretary of No Warrior Left Behind, a nonprofit providing direct outreach and assistance to injured veterans and first responders. He also serves as a conciliator for the Fairfax County Circuit Court and previously served as president of the Corporate Volunteer Council of Montgomery County.
