Join Shulman Rogers’ Employment Law attorney, Meredith “Merry” Campbell, and Gallagher’s Divisional Vice President, Kathleen Schultz for a virtual discussion about Organizational Well-being and the Power of Leader Influence.

Organizational objectives continue to change significantly, and swiftly. Issues related to stress and burnout continue to erode well-being, resiliency, trust and employee engagement while concerns around attracting and retaining talent are at an all-time high. What did we learn from the past three years about building workforce resilience and the impact of culture and leader influence on talent and well-being (including healthcare costs)? This session will include data, market trends and solutions for connecting well-being, recognition, burnout, engagement and culture; and how leaders can positively impact the behavior of everyone around them.

Learning Objectives

  • Learn how physical, emotional, financial and career well-being all connect and impact overall organizational well-being.
  • Understand the power of culture, trust, recognition and the impact on talent and employee well-being (including healthcare costs).
  • Learn how to use recognition as a superpower to build trust and employee well-being and boost retention.
  • Understand the power of modeling positive behaviors and their impact on personal, employee and organizational well-being.

Once registered, attendees will receive information about how to log in via Zoom. The presentation will be recorded and is being offered as a free service to clients and prospective clients of Shulman Rogers. In keeping with our ethical obligations, no legal advice will be given during the program.
