Shulman Rogers’ client, The Sport Fishing Championship (SFC), successfully executed on its inaugural 12-event competition series last week with the Louisiana Gulf Coast Billfish Classic. One of the world’s premier fishing competitions for saltwater anglers, the tournament continues through the next four months, culminating with the San Juan International Billfish Tournament in Puerto Rico. The grand prize winner will receive the equivalent of $1 million in cryptocurrency.

CBS Sports aired the Louisiana Gulf Coast Billfish Classic and has the exclusive rights to broadcast all of the SFC tournaments on CBS Sports Network. In addition to its live coverage from each event, CBS Sports Network will also televise 30-minute highlight programs, delivering unprecedented sport fishing content to viewers from April through December.
Launched in an effort to showcase the sport of saltwater fishing, SFC’s mission is to use its tournaments and platforms to create a world-class experience for our anglers, corporate partners, fans, families, volunteers, and staff. The competitions will be airing exclusively on CBS Sports, providing new access to the sport for millions of people across the continent.
