Michael Higgs, a member of the Shulman Rogers Telecommunications Department, won a significant victory for R&M Repeater, successfully arguing the Sprint Corporation was required to pay R&M all of R&M’s costs to relocate to different 800 MHz radio frequencies, mandated by the rules of the Federal Communications Commission. Sprint had argued that it was not required to pay any of the R&M costs.
