Shulman Rogers is pleased to have represented Duball, LLC in its acquisition of the Longfellow Building, an office building at 1201 Connecticut Avenue, NW. Duball, in joint venture with an institutional partner, plans to pursue a $90M conversion of the office building into roughly 160 apartments with ground-floor retail.
Managing Shareholder Sam Spiritos, and Paralegal Tina Gossart represented Duball in the acquisition of the property, and Shareholder Danny Krakower represented Duball in its participation in the joint venture.
