Shulman Rogers proudly serves as counsel to Fernau LeBlanc and has closed numerous acquisitions for the Bethesda, Maryland-based group. Fernau LeBlanc recently purchased an 8-building, 11-tract portfolio of properties in White Marsh, Maryland from COPT for $47.5 million.
Shulman Rogers negotiated the purchase contract with COPT, performed all legal due diligence on the property portfolio, handled Fernau LeBlanc’s joint-venture agreement with an outside investor group, reviewed and negotiated loan documents, and acted as closing agent for the acquisition and loan transaction.
