Shulman Rogers’ client Spotluck announced the launch of the 5.0 version of their app, currently listed as the top dining app on iTunes. As a startup company, Spotluck sought out Shulman Rogers’ services for general corporate matters and capital raises.
Spotluck was launched in June 2014, providing discounts to 8 restaurants in the Rockville, Maryland area. Today, the app has grown to include restaurants all across the East Coast, with a focus on local dining. The new version will launch on March 31.
