POTOMAC, Md., May 19, 2016 — Shulman Rogers is pleased to announce the election of Paul Chung to the Executive Committee of the Bar Association of Montgomery County (BAMC).
Paul Chung is a Shareholder in the firm’s Medical Malpractice and Personal Injury Department. He focuses his practice on representing individuals and families in medical malpractice and personal injury cases. His practice also includes a variety of commercial litigation and criminal defense matters.
Mr. Chung has more than 10 years of experience with a wide variety of medical negligence cases against physicians, hospitals, nursing homes and other health providers. He handles catastrophic injury and wrongful death litigation, as well as claim arising under the Federal Tort Claims Act.
In addition to medical malpractice and personal injury cases, Paul’s practice also encompasses a variety of commercial litigation and criminal defense matters. Prior to joining Shulman Rogers, he served as an Assistant State’s Attorney for Prince George’s County, Maryland where he prosecuted hundreds of criminal cases before the District Court and the Circuit Court for Prince George’s County.
