As you know, we periodically send e-mails to our clients to highlight issues of particular interest at the FCC, and sometimes on other matters. In the past, we have sent alerts on issues such as 800 MHz rebanding, UHF/VHF narrowbanding and tower clearance rules. We try to deliver these alerts to you with a brief analysis and tips for avoiding pitfalls or taking advantage of opportunities. And now, with our expanded work in data privacy and cyber security, we have even more opportunities to bring you important and timely information that can directly impact your work.
