Shulman Rogers’ client, Taco Bamba has recently announced its new partnership with Investors Management Corp., and their plans for national expansion.
Founded as a takeout taco restaurant in 2013 by James Beard Award nominated chef, Victor Albisu, Taco Bamba’s first location was in Falls Church, Virginia. Plans for growth will begin in the D.C. metro area and expansion will continue throughout the Mid-Atlantic region.
The Shulman Rogers’ Business and Financial Services team of attorneys was led by Scott Museles and included TJ Wilkinson, Eric Von Vorys, Larry Eisenberg and Jenny Ramsburg. Of the news, Museles said, “We are so excited about the dynamic partnership between Taco Bamba and Investors Management Corp. and are gratified to play a part in the restaurant’s expansion plans.”
