Nancy Kuhn Quoted in Bloomberg Tax on Maryland’s Digital Ad Tax Ruling
Shareholder Nancy Ortmeyer Kuhn was quoted in an August 18, 2026 Bloomberg Tax article examining the fallout from the Maryland Tax Court’s decision to strike down the state’s Digital Advertising Gross Revenues Tax.
