For decades, exports have been controlled by the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), or Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) sanctions. Last April, however, the Administration announced fundamental export controls reforms that will result in a single list, single licensing agency, and single enforcement agency.
