Open Table, an online reservation platform, has culled its data to determine that Founding Farmers was the most booked restaurant in the country for 2019. In business for more than 11 years, the DC restaurant welcomes between 1000 and 1500 diners each day and has an average rating of 4.4 out of 5 on Open Table (and more than 28,000 reviews).
